Gwendolyn Tavira

  Chief Executive Officer

Founder and chief business strategist, Gwen has 30+ years of military service, training, and advanced education. She has a B.S. Degree in Biology from Jackson State Univ.; an MBA from Liberty Univ.; and master’s degree from the U.S. Army Command and 

General Staff College. 

Gwen retired from service as a lieutenant colonel having served as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Officer 

before starting Tavira Global Enterprise in 2009.

Christopher Herring

Chief Operations Officer

Head of all operations within Tavira Global, Chris is also a professional

American football player and defensive star of the 2023

Championship Bucharest Romania Rebels.

He began his college prep at the Univ. of Alabama, where he studied architectural engineering and played wide receiver for the 

Crimson Tide. 

After transferring to Florida Atlantic Univ. to pursue business, Christopher seized the opportunity to play pro football in Europe, first in Prague and now with the Rebels.

Alexander Herring

Chief Compliance Officer

 Alexander received his formal education from the University of Alabama as well, majoring in Kinesiology before joining the family business overseeing company productivity and growth. 

With the lead for the daily operations of Tavira Global Enterprise, Alexander oversees hiring and managing employees; monitors industry trends and determines all managerial activities. He also develops solutions to meet client needs and evaluates internal processes to improve overall productivity. Alexander maintains supervisory management of all departments within the company.
